BlueShores is an offshoring company that helps growing companies in and around the Netherlands with their IT needs.
BlueShores was founded out of practicallity, when one of our founders, then in the role of CTO for a Dutch scale-up, was struggling to find suitable IT professionals to meet the needs of the company. After discussing that with some relations in the Philippines, and learning that there was a wealth of talented IT experts available in the Philippines, the first seeds were planted for what was about to grow into what BlueShores is today.
BlueShores aims to make a positive impact in the Philippines by providing good labor conditions, fair salaries, and contributing to the growth of the Philippine economy. Our team is driven by a mission to help reduce poverty in the Philippines by empowering talented professionals with opportunities while also providing high-quality services to our clients.
